Proposed Changes to Discipline Rules of Procedure
The OSB Board of Governors will present several changes to the Bar Rules of Procedure to the Oregon Supreme Court in November. The proposal seeks to make permanent several emergency amendments implemented during the pandemic. Details on the proposal are here, and an opportunity to comment is below.
